Our Lab
Our Laboratories are located in building C (rooms C 1.017 and C 1.018) on the campus of Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH).
Our facilities allow the following activities: isolation and identification of bacteria, archaea and microbial communities; cultivation of extremophiles and recombinant strains; intelligent screening and exploitation of microbial genomes; cloning and expression of genes from extremophiles; purification and supply of biocatalysts; biochemical studies; biotransformation; development of environmentally sustainable technologies.
